We offer a wide variety of shipping options through FedEx that allow you to get your packages as soon as possible or permit you to relax as the package makes its way to your doorstep or office. The following options are great, but we are flexible in that we can work with you if you have another option in mind. Return & Exchange Policy
All Chautauqua Vineyards, Winery, and Emerald Coast Wine Cellars Online Store products are intended for adult use only. Any potential return item must have a Return Authorization which must be obtained by calling our Customer Service phone number (850) 837-9500.
Emerald Coast Wine Cellars Representatives are available between the hours of 10:00am Central and 6:00pm Central Time, USA. Again, to return an item to Magna Manufacturing, Inc. please call (850) 837-9500 to obtain authorization. Important: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
